RETURN & EXCHANGES
We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE BEFORE MAKING A RETURN, AND DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING?
- You can return/exchange it in 30 days of delivery for free.
- Please email us at lhbcraftfurniture@gmail.com with “RETURN” in the subject line and include your order number and the reason for return.
- You can only return items that are unused, undamaged, have the original tags/packaging attached and hygiene sticker intact.
- Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer, unless the product has a manufacturing defect. Any item with a manufacturing defect acknowledged by the company may be subject to an exchange or refund. In this case, we will cover return shipping costs and we will send you a colissimo return label.

HERE IS THE RETURN/EXCHANGE GUIDELINE:
- Simply email us your order number or email used to place the order at lhbcraftfurniture@gmail.com for the easy return.

-For item damaged or defective, kindly send images for us to check, so good solution will be offered ASAP, no matter refund, replacement or return(if needed).
-For item bought by mistake, no longer needed, doesn't meet expectation or refuse when deliver: customer need to cover return shipping fee and restocking fee, accept return via FedEx or UPS only.
-For cancel your order: you can cancel order for free before item shipped out, and need to pay shipping fee and carrier handle fee if want to cancel when item has been shipped out.
- Our return center will process all the returns/exchange every two days.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
REFUNDS
*Please allow up to 7 business days from when we receive the items in our warehouse for your account to be refunded. We will send you an email once we have completed the refund process.
** For any potential misuse or abuse of our return policies, we reserve the right to refuse service.
